Another benefit of working with a buyers agent that you may not have known is it’s confidential. This means that you can openly discuss your special situation with them. You won’t have to worry if the agent that you are talking with has your best interest at heart.
The other huge benefit is getting financially healthy. Many homebuyers who start looking without their own agent, end up spending more money. They weren’t given time to shop for discounts or learn tricks to saving when they buy.
